Stewart Dunlop

Stewart Dunlop, the founder of SamaDeha, has turned his personal challenges into opportunities for healing and enlightenment, offering guidance and support to others on their journeys. For much of his life, Stewart faced considerable health challenges, including epilepsy, chronic TMJ (temporomandibular joint disorder), and a constant state of fight or flight. These conditions often left him with a short temper, persistent stress, and low energy levels. Additionally, Stewart battled the debilitating effects of mold toxicity, which further drained his vitality and complicated his path to wellness.

In 2018, driven by a need to find relief and balance, Stewart turned to meditation. This practice became a pivotal point in his life, offering a sanctuary from his daily struggles. In 2019, during a routine meditation session meant to last just 20 minutes, Stewart experienced a profound and extended three-hour vision. This extraordinary experience provided him with a deep insight into the possibilities of the esoteric arts and the potential for them to be made accessible and applicable in everyday life.

Inspired by this vision, Stewart dedicated himself to learning and mastering various healing modalities. He explored and embraced a range of techniques, with a particular focus on kinesiology-based trauma release, which played a crucial role in his own healing process. Through these practices, Stewart successfully addressed the deep-seated traumas and health issues that had affected him for so long.

Stewart's journey of healing and personal growth led to the creation of SamaDeha, a space where individuals can access a broad spectrum of tools and modalities aimed at expanding consciousness and fostering personal transformation. Under the umbrella of SamaDeha, Stewart developed SamaDeha Healing, a unique modality that combines his extensive knowledge and experience with the aim of helping others achieve balance, growth, and enlightenment.

Join us at SamaDeha and explore SamaDeha Healing among our many offerings. Stewart Dunlop's dedication to personal and collective healing ensures that you will find the resources and support you need to embark on your own transformative journey towards greater well-being and enlightenment.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Samskaras are deeply ingrained impressions or imprints in our subconscious mind, formed by past experiences, thoughts, and actions. These imprints shape our behaviour, thought patterns, and emotional responses, often without our conscious awareness.

  • Example: Fear of Rejection

    Origin of the Samskara:

Imagine a person, Alex, who experienced significant rejection during their childhood. Perhaps Alex was frequently criticised by parents, excluded by peers, or faced repeated failures in activities. These painful experiences created a powerful Samskara of "fear of rejection."

    How This Samskara Shapes Behavior:

    1. Emotional Responses:

    • Anxiety and Avoidance: Alex may feel anxious in social or professional situations where there's a potential for rejection. This anxiety can lead to avoidance of new opportunities, such as applying for jobs, asking someone out, or joining social groups.

    • Low Self-Esteem: Persistent fear of rejection can diminish Alex’s self-worth, making them doubt their abilities and value.

    2. Thought Patterns:

    • Negative Self-Talk: Alex might have an internal dialogue that reinforces the fear of rejection, thinking thoughts like "I'm not good enough" or "They'll never accept me."

    • Catastrophizing: Alex may often anticipate the worst outcomes, expecting rejection even in situations where it's unlikely.

    3. Behavioural Patterns:

    • People-Pleasing: To avoid rejection, Alex might engage in people-pleasing behaviors, constantly seeking approval and trying to keep everyone happy at their own expense.

    • Perfectionism: Alex might become a perfectionist, striving to be flawless in the hopes of avoiding any form of rejection or criticism.

    • Withdrawal: Alternatively, Alex may withdraw from social interactions and opportunities altogether, isolating themselves to avoid the possibility of rejection.

    4. Relationship Dynamics:

    • Difficulty Setting Boundaries: Fearful of being rejected or disliked, Alex may struggle to set healthy boundaries, leading to resentment and burnout.

    • Over-Dependence: Alex might become overly dependent on a few relationships where they feel accepted, which can create imbalance and stress in those relationships.

    • Mistrust and Testing: Alex might constantly test the loyalty of friends and partners, driven by a deep-seated fear that they will be abandoned or rejected.

  • 1. Enhances Emotional Freedom:

    • Reduction of Emotional Baggage: Samskaras can store unresolved emotions from past experiences. By releasing them, you can free yourself from unnecessary emotional weight and repetitive negative feelings.

    • Improved Emotional Regulation: Clearing these subconscious imprints allows for better management of emotions, leading to a more balanced and harmonious emotional state.

    2. Promotes Mental Clarity and Peace:

    • Less Mental Clutter: Samskaras often contribute to mental chatter and distractions. Removing them helps quiet the mind, fostering greater clarity and focus.

    • Reduced Stress and Anxiety: With fewer subconscious triggers influencing your thoughts, you can experience lower levels of stress and anxiety.

    3. Supports Healthier Relationships:

    • Breaking Negative Patterns: Samskaras can cause us to repeat harmful relationship dynamics. By addressing them, you can break free from these cycles and create healthier, more fulfilling connections.

    • Enhanced Empathy and Understanding: Clearing samskaras enables you to relate to others more openly and compassionately, free from the distortions of past experiences.

    4. Facilitates Personal and Spiritual Growth:

    • Greater Self-Awareness: Removing samskaras increases your awareness of your true self, unclouded by past conditioning and biases.

    • Spiritual Awakening: For many, the process of clearing samskaras is crucial for spiritual enlightenment, as it removes barriers that obscure your true essence and connection to higher consciousness.

    5. Improves Physical Well-being:

    • Alleviates Psychosomatic Issues: Samskaras can manifest as physical ailments or tension. Releasing them can lead to the relief of these symptoms and improve overall physical health.

    • Boosts Vitality and Energy: Without the burden of suppressed samskaras, you can experience an increase in your life force energy, leading to greater vitality and well-being.

    6. Empowers Authentic Living:

    • Aligns Actions with True Desires: By clearing samskaras, you can live more authentically, making choices based on your true desires rather than past conditioning.

    • Increases Creativity and Innovation: A clear mind free from limiting samskaras can tap into higher levels of creativity and innovative thinking.

  • Samskaras are the root cause of all ailments, physical and or mental. Here are examples of Physical Manifestations:

    • Muscle Tension: Chronic anxiety and stress from the fear of rejection can lead to muscle tension, particularly in the neck, shoulders, and back.

    • Digestive Issues: Stress and anxiety can disrupt the digestive system, leading to issues like stomachaches, nausea, or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

    • Sleep Disturbances: Worrying about potential rejection can cause insomnia or restless sleep, affecting overall health and well-being.

    • Immune System Suppression: Persistent stress can weaken the immune system, making you more susceptible to illnesses and infections.
